Meet Dr Mary Miller

Executive Coach and Clinical Psychologist

I work with leaders across business, law, health, and education to navigate complexity and build healthier relationships at work and at home. My approach is grounded in compassion, psychological science, and the belief that leadership is most powerful when it is both courageous and deeply human.

I have supported people through moments of uncertainty, growth, and pressure. I help you to notice your patterns, understand what drives you, and take wise action that aligns with your values. My work weaves together clinical insight, executive coaching, and practical tools that support clarity, connection, and resilience.

My practice is guided by the values that shape both my life and my leadership work.

Connection
Creating relationships where people feel safe, understood, and able to think clearly.

Creativity
Opening space for insight, flexibility, and new possibilities.

Compassion
Opening space for insight, flexibility, and new possibilities.

These values sit at the centre of how I work with people and the environments I help them create.

Alongside my leadership work, I provide professional supervision for psychologists, allied health professionals, and business leaders who want a reflective space to think deeply about their practice.

For individual therapy, please enquire via Therapy Space directly.

If you would like support to strengthen your leadership, your relationships, or your wellbeing, I would love to have a conversation about the changes that matter most to you.

  • “Fierce Compassion for me is about being able to slow down, find space and observe. It's about getting outside of yourself and the problem and creating that distance to see objectively, and then map possible useful actions. It encourages energy to go into the right places.“

Heath Lowe, Executive Design Director, Special

  • “Dr. Mary’s presentation style built instant rapport with our participants, inspiring them to fully engage with the learning. She has the intuitive ability to identify areas of need within the group and responds with appropriate strategies and support by scaffolding and modelling the strategies she proposes. Her great depth of knowledge, sincere friendliness, and research informed ideas contribute to the popularity of her workshops.”
